PROJECT UPDATE: THEMIS, Building permit granted
We’re
proud to announce that Thémis has officially received its building
permit. Located along avenues Bourgeois and Cauchy, this large-scale
urban development - currently in progress - is being developed for AG REAL ESTATE and brings together a diverse and ambitious programme.
In close collaboration with DDS+, who are leading the residential component, we're designing the 19,500 m² of office space - a key element of the project. This office volume will be fully covered by a photovoltaic canopy, reinforcing the project’s focus on energy performance and long-term sustainability.
Altogether, Thémis includes offices, housing, retail, a day-care centre, community spaces, and extensive landscaping, with 33,000 m² above ground and 14,000 m² below. Engineering partners: EOLE, DUSS, and BSolutions.
